As a VIP customer, you will have access to a 24-hour dedicated account manager who will be available to help you with any account-related issues via a VIP channel.

As a VIP customer, the following will not be a concern:

  1. Slow withdrawals or complicated review process for large withdrawals – you will have access to a VIP channel for fast and hassle-free large withdrawals.
  2. Any problems or concerns will be addressed promptly by a dedicated account manager through the VIP channel.
  3. You won’t have to worry about large lock-up periods or collateral requirements – WEEX does not lock up or require collateral from our VIP customers.

To become a VIP customer, please submit your UID to our customer service team to check if you meet the requirements. Once you qualify, you will receive the contact information of your dedicated account manager and become a WEEX VIP customer.
